DESCRIPTION:Head movements are a key element of modern dances and when done
  correctly they feel and look absolutely beautiful! Zouk Jena invites you 
 to work together on your head movement technique and safe execution of the
  stunning head rolls\, flicks and tilts.\n\nThis workshop is designed for 
 everyone who wants to:\n\n 	Learn head movements for the first time\n 	Dee
 pen and train their head movement technique\n 	Upgrade their leading skill
 s by understanding head movement mechanics in their own body\n\nThe conten
 t will be:\n\n 	Head movement projection technique\n 	Preparing your body\
 n 	Chest mobility\, frame and lower back strength\n 	Airplane vs. tilted t
 urns or "the 4 types of head movements"\n 	Breathing and flow\n\nNo prior 
 Zouk knowledge is required. Snacks and coffee will be provided. Please bri
