 is workshop is designed for everyone who wants to:\n\n 	Learn head movemen
 ts for the first time\n 	Learn how to lead head movements\n 	Deepen and tr
 ain their head movement technique\n 	Upgrade their leading skills by under
 standing head movement mechanics in their own body\n\nThe first day will f
 ocus on solo training:\n\n 	Head movement projection technique\n 	Preparin
 g your body\n 	Chest mobility\, frame and lower back strength\n 	Airplane 
 vs. tilted turns or “the 4 types of head movements”\n\nThe second day 
 will focus on partner work:\n\n 	Gentle head movement leading\n 	Entrances
  and exits\n 	Combining head movements with easy steps\n 	Using your frame
  to communicate\n\nWhat you (don’t) need:\n\n 	You should be confident i
 n Zouk basic steps and simple turns (if you want to participate without pr
 ior Zouk experience\, leave us a comment in the registration form and we'l
 l try to find a suitable solution)\n 	You don't need to bring a dance part
 ner\n 	Coffee &#x2615\;&#xfe0f\; and some snacks &#x1f36a\; will be provid
 ed\n\nTraining in a small group with a maximum of 10 leaders &amp\; 10 fol
