We are very excited to welcome Bella from Munich to our 5th Zouk Day Jena!
Bella is a dance pedagogue and osteopath with a background in ballet, contemporary dance, and various partner dances.
In her teaching, she cultivates a playful and supportive environment where participants can explore movement with lightness, ease, and curiosity.
In this workshop, we will dive into the theme of connection. How can we truly listen to one another and create a movement dialogue? How do we stay connected to ourselves while dancing with a partner, allowing the movement to feel natural and enjoyable?
